Partnerships

While we will have partners along our journey, as lead developer, Northcrest remains responsible for shaping this city-building project at YZD – redefining what it means to live in a city that prioritizes quality of life.
In 2024, marking a major project milestone, Northcrest announced its first development partner, Hines. Northcrest and Hines – a global leader in real estate investment, development, and property management – will lead the development of the first phase of the Hangar District.
